The PercipEnz Approach

Initial Implementation

To date, PercipEnz has implemented OnCore software for 22 institutions. Through this experience, it has developed and fine-tuned an implementation plan that addresses many of the operational nuances and has built in risk mitigation mechanisms to ensure a smooth implementation.

Incremental Rollout

As discussed before, few organizations would be able to roll-out all functionality to all user groups right out of the gate. Some of the salient aspects of PercipEnz's approach, which ensure that institutions derive maximum value from their investment in the OnCore system, are highlighted below.
