PercipEnz Technologies Expands into Larger Space

Maker of Oncore^® Moves to New Facilities to Accommodate Growth

MADISON, WI Over the last 18 months, Madison company, PercipEnz Technologies, Inc. has experienced rapid growth. During this time, the number of people employed at PercipEnz has increased 60%, a hiring trend marked by the addition of the company's 22nd employee at the end of April.

To accommodate the growth, the company has moved to a new space with 6883 square feet, almost twice as much space as they have previously occupied. Company president and CEO, Srini Kalluri, is confident that, with adjoining space available for expansion, the company's new home will serve it well for several years to come.

"Because it is a new building, we were fortunate to be able to provide input as the construction was being completed. We designed the floorplan to accommodate our business structure and workflow. The entire space is customized to our needs and there is room for us to expand as we grow," says Kalluri.

The new space, which is leased from T. Wall Properties, LLC, is close to the company's previous office space on Madison's west side, so the transition has been smooth. Construction on the building, located at 708 Heartland Trail, was completed earlier this spring.

PercipEnz customers are accustomed to a high level of customer service and accessibility. As more customers have come on board, PercipEnz leaders have focused as much on increasing the number of customer support personnel as on adding people to the product development team. With the addition of two new product lines last year, Kalluri expects that the rate of rapid growth will continue into 2008.
