Founder, President & CEO, and Chairman

Inspired to create a new kind of company, Srini founded PercipEnz in 2000. Today, Srini continues to drive the company's cultural and strategic direction. Overseeing corporate brand identity, new product strategy, corporate partnerships, and general operations, Srini takes pride in OnCore's contribution to the discovery of new cures through the work done at world class clinical research organizations around the country.

Tony O'Hare
Co-founder & Chief Scientific Officer

As key architect for the collaborative development process that makes the OnCore platform so powerful and flexible, Tony provides overall technical direction for OnCore innovations and directly oversees the company's collaborative initiatives. Working with some of the finest research institutions in the country, Tony enjoys the daily challenge to provide better tools in the fight against cancer and other diseases.

Srini Ramachandra
Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Business Development

Srini is passionate about technology and how it can be used to solve problems. He thrives on face-to-face interactions and learning first-hand what the day-to-day challenges are for the people who use OnCore. At PercipEnz, Srini oversees marketing and business development for the expanding product portfolio. Prior to joining the PercipEnz team, Srini was responsible for global marketing of microarray instruments and software at Roche Diagnostics and, prior to that, he spent 15 years developing and marketing software products at Applied Biosystems for life science research.

Jason Adams
Director of Product & Infrastructure Services

Jason brings to PercipEnz a passion for customer service excellence and the creation of robust enterprise architecture. He enjoys leading the Product Support, Training and Systems Administration teams which play a significant role in ensuring our outstanding reputation for customer service. Jason takes pride in making sure that the company infrastructure keeps pace with the rapid growth of the organization and provides architecture consultancy for prospective and new OnCore centers.

Colleen M. Krattiger
Director of the Project Management Office

Colleen and her team oversee the process for all new OnCore implementations and assist centers with ongoing functional adoption and roll-out to user groups. Gaining an in-depth understanding of user needs through these interactions, Project Managers provide input into OnCore development. The Project Management Office also assists in testing, documentation, training, managing internal projects, defining policies and procedures, and meeting company goals.

Gopi Potnuru
Director of Software Development

Gopi is responsible for guiding the evolution of the OnCore applications. Balancing and prioritizing the steady stream of enhancement suggestions and product development opportunities, Gopi synthesizes the strategy for ongoing OnCore development and coordinates the team activities that go into this effort. Gopi is also an active participant in several collaborative initiatives.

Cindy Tracy
Director, Finance & HR

Cindy is responsible for planning, directing and controlling financial and human resource functions for the company. She also is responsible for corporate contracting and board and investor communications.

Chad Adams
Quality Assurance & Compliance Services Manager

Chad guides the quality assurance efforts for the OnCore suite of products. His scope includes product quality control, product compliance to federally regulated mandates, and development domain expertise for PercipEnz products.

Michael Culbertson
Business Development Manager

Michael enjoys seeing the result of a good fit between an organization and the right informatics solution. He is available to assist existing customers as well as for organizations who are just learning about the OnCore system to arrange product demonstrations and investigate how the OnCore family of products can fit into an organization's informatics and administrative goals.

Kerri L. Phillips
Customer Experience Services Manager

Kerri facilitates customer community interactions both among the membership and with PercipEnz. Community activities include semi-annual Onsemble conferences, collaborative initiative workshops, newsletters, ListServs, RSS feeds, and the Onsemble.net website. Kerri is also responsible for corporate brand development and outreach.
