PercipEnz's Culture Project
At the beginning of 2009, PercipEnz undertook a project to answer this question: How do we sustain our identity, values and culture as we grow as an organization?
Through this project, we defined our corporate core values, identified our core operating philosophy and defined our mission.

Our Mission
To be the recognized thought leader and preferred provider of innovative clinical and translational research informatics solutions for the key stake holders involved in the advancement of medical care to help improve research operations efficiency, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Our Long-Term Goal
Our long-term goal is to provide a rich set of integrated information services designed to enhance and accelerate clinical and translation research, built on a secure platform linking major research institutions together and facilitating purpose-driven, collaborative data exchange within the broader research community of sponsors, investigators, administrators, regulatory agencies, government, health care providers, and consumers.
